Ever since 2020, many of us have been sounding the alarm about the rigged election system. With everything from voting machines to mail-in ballots to even print-at-home ballots, it seems as if the fraud is occurring on so many levels, it’s almost impossible to clean them all up between now and 2024.
I’ve had multiple people on the show with their strategy to clean up our election system. Some of the solutions are complicated, others are actually quite simple.
Today, I’m joined by Marly Hornik, the Executive Director of United Sovereign Americans, a non-profit organization dedicated to restoring and maintaining honest and provable elections across America.
Throughout our conversation, she explained the difference between the tactics attorneys made post-2020 and what she and her organization are implementing as we head into 2024. Attorneys like Rudy Giuliani, Jenna Ellis and Sidney Powell were attempting to overturn elections, which is near impossible to do within the modern-day justice system. However, what Hornik is proposing is to preemptively file lawsuits over the procedures, demanding that the laws on the books be followed.
There’s definitely a play here. The GOP strategy over the last several years is to do nothing before the elections, and then just wait until afterwards to see if we lost before we do anything about fraud. We’ve got to change that. We’ve got ensure that the letter of the law is enforced, and if it’s not… the elections should never be certified.
Understanding the significance of the certification process is vitally important, and Marly Hornik explained the penalty for wrongly certifying an election.
