Since the Covid Horrors in medical care I have friends who have stated they would rather die at home than be admitted to a hospital, a place where they may die and die alone with government enforced medical protocols by bureaucrats who do not have direct contact with patients. When a doctor loses their autonomy, it follows they would lose their spark of creativity to collaborate with other doctors and learn the best way to treat a patient. The medical system has a strangle hold on clinical practice. I am still waiting for a majority of doctors to stand up and be vocal about what has happened to their profession.
