Twitter is still censoring conservatives. Elon Musk can claim that he’s a free speech guy, but when push comes to shove, the facts prove otherwise.

The policy of Twitter is now: Freedom of Speech, but not necessarily Freedom of Reach. This is an attempt to appeal to conservatives to bring them back on the platform, but it’s deceptive, at best.

If a tree falls in the middle of the woods and nobody hears it, does it actually make a sound? Likewise, if you post something on Twitter, but nobody is allowed to see it, do you really have the freedom of speech?

This is why we need alternatives to these Big Tech platform, but not like what’s been developed, to-date. The current slate of “free speech” platforms are not actually free speech either… they also participate in censorship.

From a technological standpoint, they weren’t developed to actually compete with Twitter and Facebook. Rather, they were developed to be a home for the Twitter rejects. But now that Elon has allowed most everybody back on, there’s no need for these other platforms because they can’t compete.
